I really enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness! The staff were so kind! I only ranked down because other hotels in the area hold your bag for the overnight fuego hike, but I was charged extra to hold my bag overnight and then return to my room the next day. I feel like that could be an additional service since the room is the same price as other places around.

I enjoyed my stay here, but I had the following issues: 1. When I arrived they did not have my reservation. It took about 10 minutes of looking and making calls but then they did honor my reservation. However, the wait seemed much longer because… 2. In spite of what the listing says, there is no onsite parking. There is free parking, but it’s at another lot about three blocks away. As there is no parking here, I pulled my car as far out of the way as I could, but it was stressful waiting while they tried to figure out my reservation. Then the person at the desk told me where the parking was as if I should know where to find it. To their credit, they sent a female employee with me to show me where the parking was and walk me back to the hotel. 3. Everything about the room exceeded my expectations except the bed was very hard. Hard enough that I found it difficult to sleep. The location is awesome - just a couple blocks from the Merced and then three more to the Parque Central. I recommend this hotel, but if you’re driving, be aware that the parking is not on site.

Hotel was located near the things we wanted to see. Had a second floor room. From the 2nd floor we could see the erupting volcano. Only issue was the door access to the street was closed early in the morning and early night so getting back onto the building was a challenge.

Todo excelente , solo que algunas toallas estaba viejas y una se rompió al usarla por la antigüedad de la tela. Las llaves de la regadera era un poco difícil calibrarlas para conseguir agua tibia, fuera de ello el trato, ubicación, limpieza, espacio etc. estuvo excelentísimo.
