Breakfast was magnificent. Property is impecable, including the rooms. Did not go to the water at the beach, but the views and looks were amazing too. I definitely recommend it.

It’s was a pleasant stay. In a nice area in Antalya. The hotel room is really nice up to my expectations. Staff are great all of them from the vale parking to the security personal. Reception staff and the night manager. Such a nice man. Creating us when ever he see us. Good satisfying open buffet breakfast. Recommended.

Antalya stay update
The rooms and comfort of the rooms are definitely not a 5 star more a 3 star quality - the gym facilities a few machines broken and spa facilities were great . The breakfast options were amazing and the staff was super friendly . On arrival we did find lots of hairs in the shower and floor. The plug sockets broken . The pool is tiny considering the amount of space they have it can actually be more bigger on the outside. The interior design in the lobby downstairs is 10/10 just a shame the bedrooms aren’t the same. Very silly you can’t bring food from outside in to the hotel room.

Having read the poor reviews of the hotel was pleasantly surprised on the contrary my room was spacious with sea view, the breakfast and dinner were both excellent with a huge choice served buffet style and the staff were all amazing. Very good value and would return.

It is a very nice hotel, the cleaners were very friendly. However, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were not working for over a week so we couldn’t use it. The steaming room was not working either. This hotel doesn’t meet the requirements of a 5 stars hotel to be honest. The seafront was nice though and the breakfast was okay too.

To the mgmt of the hotel, please use bleach or Chlorex to clean toilet and a shower, which had strong urine odor. Bleach towels to make them white. Cleaning stuff should check bedsheets before they make bed for any traces of blood from prior use/prior guest.

It was my first experience in taking the hotel, I thought they were professional people, but unfortunately I had to cancel the rest of the reservation, they treated them unpolitely and the indoor swimming pools are closed for no reason. Second, the treatment was the top of taste and respect. I do not recommend this place, a waste of time and money. Cooling in the room last night did not work. I called them 10, they answered twice, more than half an hour in the heat, and they did not care. I followed a day in the heat

I wouldn’t ever stay here again. Every guest hotel I met shared the same feeling. I had to change my room because of the disgusting smell. Food was never cooked properly. Facilities didn’t either work or were not staffed. No life guards on duty. Staff were not interested in helping. I could carry on but to simply state this hotel is must stay away regardless of your urgency.

Had a terrible stay. Looks like you’ll be getting bang for your buck but definitely not once you arrive. The two staff at reception are horrendous! Man and girl, kept giggling and refusing items which are basic needs. Got refused an extra key card, got refused an iron, had to ask several times for my bags to be taken up to my room. Fridge was dirty, sticky and smelly which didn’t even stay cold. When asking for upgrade girl at reception refused there is no rooms but once I said I am happy to pay she had multiple rooms free. They had giggled after I complained to management and they had refused me multiple things. Would not recommend, save your money and go to the hotel next door.

This hotel is a 3star dresses as five! AVOID!
For this hotel to claim it’s five star is a bold lie! The rooms only feature single beds, a double is just two pushed together. The room is small, with no desk whatsoever. When I asked about a room with a table or desk, they simply said they didn’t have one. I was clear that I would need to find another hotel, abs the response was “fine”. They refused to refund me my second night, citing they had already paid commission! Then because I was “difficult” refused to call a taxi to my new hotel. Honestly I cannot state more strongly to avoid this 3 star establishment dressed up as five, at all costs. Not worth the aggravation! There are far better hotels close by, for the same cost, with zero attitude, great service, and with significantly better rooms.

Great stay! Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains from the hotel. They have private access to the ocean, valet parking, and taxi service. Would stay here again.
