"I love this hotel. I stayed here last year for a few weeks and I am back again this year. The front desk staff, guest services, house keeping and restaurant staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. They are kind and always smiling even when it's Ramadan and they are fasting. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has tons of good food, from a huge selection of cheese to herbs, vegetables and cold cuts along side custom omelets and plenty of variety of hot foods. "The staff were nice and tried to be helpful, which was the only positive. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and most areas are unmaintained, to the point that it feels beyond repair. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were low quality, and the room smelled like plumbing. The hotel was nearly empty, there were no activities available, and the food tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, despite the friendly staff, I would not recommend staying here."
