I could not recall this as I could not see the name. However, if we had to upgrade with more beds, we often do it as more people show up than reported. Anyways, even the most expensive room we had would still be 1/2 the price of any competitor during the Holy Days.

Sorry about the cigarette smell. We do not allow smoking in the rooms. But sometimes a guest smokes in the room prior to arrival. We air the room. But obviously was not enough. Had you written about it, we could have relocate you.

Mevzuyu hatırlamıyorum, fakat fiyat farkı oda değişikliği olduğunda istiyoruz. Para odaklı olduğumuza katılmıyorum, yoksa bayram deyip pek çok işletme gibi fiyatlarımızı 2 katına çıkarırdık.

Sorry about the smoke smell. Our customers sometimes smoke in the room although they are told not to do so. We will now deep clean the room you stayed. We do not have 24/7 receptionist as we live in the same building. That is how we keep the cost low.

Thanks for the input. We appreciated. Sorry that you had felt cheated. The room was not ready when you arrive and we did not want you to wait. Therefore, we offered an upgrade (large and with balcony) for only 8 lira (rounding to the nearest currency) instead of 38 lira extra. All our sheets and towels are cotton and replaced regularly. However, you may be right that some of our towels may need to be replaced. We will check them all. We have soft and hard pillows. If asked we replace them with either, perhaps we need to tell this to customers as such option is available.
