I must say it is a beautiful hotel and affordable. It was my birthday and I had received a platter of fruits and wine to my room. Apart from that they didn’t offer anything else to make it remarkable. Different places to go to relax and be alone. However, I didn’t like the fact there’s not a wide variety of dishes (especially meat wise). I struggle with that. When I ask for an additional hour for late checkout Because my flight wasn’t until 9pm and pick was 6pm, I had to pay, Where most hotels I’ve been it’s free. The ironing (pressing) clothes service is ridiculous because there’s no clothes iron provided. I paid £23 (€27) just to iron 3 items, ridiculous I just say. Overall experience was good and I would visits again but ensure I’m fully equipped with steamer for clothes so forth.

Regarding our dining options, we offer a wide variety of dishes across various outlets, including both meat and vegetarian options. We regret any inconvenience caused by the ironing service; please note that laundry services, including ironing, are typically subject to an additional charge in many hotels.We are glad to hear that despite some shortcomings, the overall experience was positive. Great place to stay with kids, especially with all inclusive. It was an amazing experience. Toilet did not have toiletries which was originally mentioned on Expedia page which we arranged ourselves. There was no iron in the room or provided on loan so we had to arrange these things. Apart from that the stay was great and we enjoyed a lot. Will definitely book again if we can.

The only negative was that we had a standard room without a balcony (and I really wanted a balcony)… So many positives though… staff couldn’t do enough for guests, the hotel was incredibly clean and well organised, with lots to do on site. I travelled with my partner and it was great for us, but it would also be ideal for families with kids as they are so well catered for. Usual niggle about those selfish guests who get up early to place towels on sun beds and then disappear for hours on end. So I guess what I’d like to see implemented is staff monitoring and removing towels if someone is away from the bed for more than 40 mins. Drinks were great, although the cocktails could be improved… food was good, lots of variety to suit most palates. I would definitely return if I visit Antalya region again.

You informed our Restaurant staff about the eggplant salad and our cuisine team reported it to our food engineer, she took replicate samples and sent them to our corporate laboratory.You informed our Guest Relations team about your concerns and they immediately were ready to provide you medical care and offered you to go to the hospital. Unfortunately, you didn't accept it.We also would like to inform you that, there have been no cases or any claims recorded during your stay in the hotel. Replicate samples of the food products are kept for 72 hours which is mandatory for quality measurements. We are doing our best to take the necessary measures for the health, safety, and satisfaction of our guests.Kind Regards

We stayed in Grand Park Lara Hotel for 5 days in October 2022. The most disappointing experience was our check in at 00:10 at night. The staff member at reception Salmon was rude, disrespectful and not helpful. He put us in the farthest building even he saw my Mom was using cane and was walking with difficulties. The WiFi was not working for us till 02:30 when I was back to reception and complained about it. Salmon was again rude and disrespectful but fixed the problem. We do not believe that hotel policy is to treat their guests that way. The rest of our stay was pretty good. Next morning with the help off new receptionist we moved to building C which was much closer to everything. The beach was nice and close. Food was not bad. We would like to mention Olesya who was very helpful and polite. When we checked out and asked for taxi to airport we got again problem: taxi driver was asking double price. We refused and asked for another one: the next driver from the same taxi company asked even more. It looks like some staff members were participating in that business. We hope the management will try to fix these issues.

Food was repetitive but good. Nightmare were people which wake up early morning like 3 am lives on sunbeds towels. When you want use one there isnt any left in the morning! They should change policy , im not going on holiday to wake up each day at 3 am. Apart this we had good time. In my opinion there is too many hotel rooms for 3 pools.

First of all, the AC didn’t worked!! The diversity of food was very disappointing, bar wise was very poor in drinks, overpriced for all inclusive!!!
