First all we had notified the hotel that my mum was gluten free and nothing a part of the usual breakfast has been available to her. Then my mum did a surgery and I asked if she could have a smoothie from the fruits available on the fruit section and they charged me €5 for that. My point is not the money, but the kindness towards a person with disability and vulnerability. Also, the only access to the hotel is a ramp that is very stiff for anyone with restricted mobility.

We loved outlt stay at ellysium green suites l,hotel was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful, the only problem was location but for roughly 10 pounds in a taxi you can get too the old town which is beautiful.

This hotel is beautiful but that is all it has to offer. I called 3 times for towels and referenced that I had dinner reservations and no one ever came. I also tried to call for room service and they kept hanging up on me because of the lack of understanding English. I had to go to the front desk to order and I went there 3 times as well. The first time to complain , the second time to complain again(the front dest then proceeded to place the order for me), the third time after 1 hour of waiting for the food. The location is isolated. There is absolutely nothing close by in walking distance. I will definitely not return or recommend this hotel especially if you are American and on speak English.

Disappointingly Inconsistent
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing for the price of the stay. The Junior Suite with a jetted bath had grime stains but thankfully did not smell when first turned on like some. However, a clump of hair did come out of the filter when we first filled it! The amenity bottles were also oily from being refilled but not cleaned properly. Room service was fast but not particularly good. The ‘Elysium Chefs Special’ which boasted its presentation, sauce and used the word ‘feast’ was terrible. Overcooked meat, tiny portion of rice, some broccoli and what we think was a huge bowl of BBQ sauce (more sauce than rice!). It’s also worth noting that the prices on the bills when the food was delivered differed from the menu in the room. A burger (which was nice) was €7 in the menu but €15 on the receipt. Other reviews stated issues with the beach shuttle which we echo. 2 days we went to the beach but the return bus never came. The 2nd day staff told us there were no more shuttles even though there should’ve been another 2 that day. We had to pay for our own taxis back both times and the staff didn’t seem to care when mentioning it on arrival. The hotel taxis were much better than the regular ones. Clean with aircon and same price as yellow taxis. Spa staff were friendly and it was a nice experience but our session was cut short. Paid for the 2-hour package but as there were no clocks didn’t realise when getting back to the room that it lasted only about 1hr45m.

Amazing establishment just a one off bad experien
We booked for a 6 day stay but ended up only staying 1 night. The hotel, staff and food were amazing. Really well presented and professional establishment. However upon check in our room was very unclean, it had hair everywhere and the toilet was very bad like someone had used it. After complaining we were upgraded however the upgrade was the same story. We asked for a refund and were told we will have to stay the night until the manager comes. The staff were very professional and handled our situation amazingly. They even offered further upgrades and even free dinner ( food was amazing btw). But to us hygiene was just a priority and I am more than certain you will have an amazing time here just feel like this was a one off situation. I would recommend the place for a nice relax stay. However not much in the area to explore very isolated.

Their room service food was amazing. Overall great hotel, nice staff, and facilities. Only downside is the location is not that central to things and the spa staff try and sell you treatments every time they see you. But would recommend, there is also a private beach area and free shuttle bus to and from.

I had the jacuzzi room, this had a smell to it when switch on, and dirty water came out the jets so never used this, I was only give I clean towel every day and I stay there with my partner so had to asked every day for a other towel, the bed sheets where not changed I was there for 13 nights, this was my second time here but don’t think I will return.

The property look just like the pictures. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the bed is soft and it wasn’t any loud noise. The only bad thing about this property is the location. The location is a major inconvenience to anyone really exploring Antalya. Keleci or Balek are better for young and tourist

The actual hotel is very nice. The surroundings are a let down. It’s in the middle of nowhere and you have to get a taxi everywhere. 200tl Cleaners use the same cloth to clean the whole room, inside and outside. They use a floor duster to sweep, no broom and do not mop. Constantly having to ask for toiletries, toilet paper and fresh water each day and it took either a few hours or till the next day to get them. Breaocould be better. Had the basics. Fried eggs sitting on hot plates drying out. 10 different type of olives which they could give something else instead. Mouldy strawberries, over ripe bananas and wilted herbs. Same fruit each day just topped up. Spa lady jump out at you constantly trying to sell treatments. It would also help if they all understood a bit more English. Very difficult to communicate.

Good Value for Money
This hotel is great valud for money. Very spacious and comfortable. Rooms are well laid out with living room that is comfortably and adequstely furnished. A hood restaurant is located in the basement that setves a variety of international dishes. Only con is its location, nothing in terms of shops, restaurants within walking distance.
