"They upgraded us to their sister hotel called Porta Cervino which was amazing. Brand new rooms, soft towels, luxury bedding. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They spoke English. I would 100% stay here again. 10 minute ride to Zermat. "

"Outstanding Stay with Matterhorn Views We had a fantastic stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt in January 2026. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt."

It is within a 7 minute or less walk from everything, ski lifts, restaurants etc. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and wellness center. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable. It is a little more pricy but worth every penny. "
