"Property was very clean. Staff were amazing and Annecy is beautiful. Downside was the tiny lift and our room was very small as its shoe horned into the loft. Just wanted a shower and you have to kneel or sit in the bath to do so. That said breakfast was amazing and we were met with a smile."
