"Beautiful restored building. We stayed in the Queen Elizabeth II Suite, which was beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable bed and big claw footed tub in the bathroom."

"Beautiful hotel. A great stay. Only 2 critiques: the pull out bed was not overly comfortable (we had a King size bed and a pul out for 4 guests). Very thin and you could feel the springs in your back. The bed, however, was very comfortable. Second critique is that there was no complimentary coffe/tea station in the lobby as I am accustomed to. Other than those 2 issues, everything was amazing. Very spacious room."

"The breakfast staff was amazing! The facilities were clean and it was a very close to the Calgary Stampede, we got there and back on the train since it was only one stop away. Super convenient if you’re going to the Stampede!"

"Complimentary breakfast was well presented. Room was clean. A chair was moved I noticed that the baseboard heater electrical wires were exposed. The front desk was notified. They tried to tell me that the heaters panels often get bumped by the housekeeping staff. Had I not noticed this my granddaughter could have invertantly electrocuted herself."

"Overall experience staying at this hotel was 1/10. The one point being the wonderful and helpful staff. But other than the kind staff the place was not well maintained. There was disgusting bugs in the washroom and did not even provide face cloths. The carpet was super old and run down and the walls/roof had gross stains and cracks/holes. The shower pressure was so painful and did not make my shower enjoyable. First experience was unfortunate due to the fact that there was an unconscious person...
