Well I don't know how to start this.. but here we go...
I've book this hotel with good deal. Everything was good, until I've missed my flight.
I tried to reach to Hotels.com, no answer.. I've called the hotel Internationally, found out they don't speak English!!
Asked a friend to call them and tell them if i can move my booking the following day. They informed him, its external booking they cannot do anything about it, but once i come in morning I'll have to check out at 12pm!!
Arrived at hotel the following morning at 6Am, to find out the room I've book and paid for in advance, it was given to someone else!!
I just couldn't believe they're action, how could they do double booking for confirmed and paid room?
Basically the hotel was fully booked.. or I can say overbooked.. knowingly that I've missed my flight and coming to the next available flight any time in morning.. yet they give my room which I've paid for to someone eles, and I have to check out by 12pm...
And not any compensation given.. unbelievable act.. unprofessional
and unresponsable..
The only okay thing, I've got free breakfast and it happened someone checked out early, they clean the room quickly and got it in about 1 hour, with late check out at 1pm.
The facilities at room not bad, but this greedy behaviour is unacceptable from both side.. the hotel and Hotels.com..
Its unlikely I'll will ever book room with either one of them.
