The front desk staff was superb. They even helped me book a train ticket and printed it out for me! The only thing that could have been better was the amenities in the room. There was no shampoo, only 1 bar of soap for both sink and shower, and no cups to make tea or coffee in next to the hot pot.

Hotel is steps away from metro station. Walking distance to Kizilay square. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff are helpful too. The room was spacious and clean.

I stayed for one night at this hotel in a superior double room on the 8th floor. The room was superb. Has everything you need. Clean and spacious. I also needed some assistance and the staff at the reception were very helpful. I had a very good stay.

Hotel is approx 15min walk from Ankara train station so very convenient if you are coming from Istanbul via train. Its about 10min walk to Kizilay Square where you can shop to you drop and theres plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc to choose from. Theres a metro and bus stop only a few metres from the hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, has a lift, all the usual amenities and BBC News English TV channel which was super. You can also plug in a usb to watch your own stuff as well. Nothing to complain about this hotel. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great stay
Overall the stay was great! All the staff were very friendly and did their best to help. Actually there was nothing wrong to sort out they made us feel like, they are there to help. The only thing was wifi was poor, it was not a big deal! The room was very clean and also the hotel was very close to the railway. The bed was quite cosy... So I really recommend it and also will prefer to stay for another trip. Thank you.

GREAT HOTEL AND BEST STAFF EVER
Without a doubt this Hotel's staff are the greatest I have ever encounted, absolutely incredible and very much appreciated by me. I might add here that I have used about 30 different Hotels, in a number of different Countries in any given year for the past 20 yrs or so but this Hotel's staff are the best. I enjoyed staying at the Kahya Hotel, the rooms are comfortable with all the accepted amenities, Breakfast was good and the food selections very tasty. There is a coffee shop at the front of the Hotel with a selection of treats. Best of all is that the Hotel is very close to the Metro, bus and shops therefore making it an ideal location.

I recommend this hotel to anyone. My room was clean and orderly. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating to my needs. They tried to solve any problems or issues I had, not related to my stay. I could not stay the last night of my reservation and I could not get refunded by the Internet agent, but the receptionist at the hotel, Bora bey, offered to credit the one night stay for a future use. In fact I was able to transfer the credit to a friend who stayed locally, because it was likely I may not return to the country this year.

The linens were dirty.We asked a clean pillow cover . They said if there is clean one we can give you. We said we do not want to sleep on dirty pillows. After that they brought pillow covers. But still it was not clean enough.

I arrived at the hotel and showed to my room. I went to the toilet and I. The waste bin was a full bag of tissues with human waste on them and shaved pubic hair, It was horrible, I complained to reception and they moved me to another standard room. I said I wanted to speak to the manager who wasn’t there but reception said he would next day. I stayed there four nights and heard nothing of management! The was very dusty and had dark hair on the bathroom floor which are certainly not mine. Breakfast was very poor considering it’s a 4 star hotel, I been travelling Turkey for 5 weeks and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at by miles. Do not waste your money and stay here or else you will regret it like me !!!! Location was good near the metro station and centre.

The hotel across the street from a subway station the staff speaks good English ex Hande the lady receptionist and I forgot the man's name. They recommend places to see.

No sleep in this hotel
I travel quite frequently for work and this was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced in a long time. The hotel is right next to a nightclub which played music until 5:30 am. 5:30 am!!! I could not sleep the entire night and when I called the front desk, they were rude and unhelpful. They clearly knew they had a problem with the loud music. If you are a hotel in the business of providing sleep accommodations to travelers, you would think they would work to do something about the noise or provide some kind of warning. If you are looking to actually sleep through the night, save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. Also, I supposedly booked a non-smoking room but there was a large piece of cigarette ash next to the garbage in the bathroom. So not only did someone smoke in that room but the cleaning staff didn't even bother to remove the ash on the floor. Disgusting.

Nice stay in Ankara
A nice hotel; clean and well kept. The room was smaller than I have been accustomed to in other hotels, but it was perfect for 1. I prefer garage self-parking over valet, so I wish that had been an option, but that's somewhat difficult to find in Ankara altogether. I liked that breakfast was included in my stay. The hotel is in a bustling area, so it's a good location if someone wants to be in the mix of things in the city. The view from my room was nice for seeing out over the city.

Great location, great price, new facilities
Great hotel near the central Kizilay square. Hotel, staff and rooms are great. The building is newly built in area with plenty of old buildings. Where it is hard to find anything decent in downtown, this hotel is perfect. I stayed in a regular room and liked the quality of room which was very decent and new.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Özellikle personale hayran kaldik. Inanilmaz güler yüzlü insanlardi. Her konuda yardimci oldular. Odamiz biraz soğuk geldi ama hemen isitici getirdiler. Ayrica biz gelmeden önce de çaliştirdilar oda sicak olsun geldiğimizde. Hayvan dostu olmasi de çok büyük avantaj. Konum şahane. Ee daha ne olsun!? Çok memnun kaldik, bir daha olsa bir daha kesinlikle gidilir.

Es begann damit, dass man meine Buchung nicht fand. Mein gebuchtes "superior" Zimmer war bestenfalls standard. WLAN brutal langsam und man musste sich immer wieder neu einloggen mit Zimmer- und Ausweisnummer. Obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer kam aus der Lüftung ständig Qualmgestank. Ausstattung im Bad: eine Seife, ein Shampoospender in der Dusche. Auf keinen Fall so wie auf den Bildern. Beim Öffnen und Schließen der Tür ertönte immer kurzzeitig ein Alarmton - nervig. Die Rezeptionisten unterhielten sich auch lieber und ließen die Gäste schön warten. Man sollte diesem Hotel mind. einen Stern entziehen. Am Abend funktionierte dann meine Chipkarte nicht, weswegen ich sie nochmals freischalten lassen musste. Zum Glück blieb ich nur eine Nacht.
