Staff were very helpful to make things right. Location was excellent. Central to all the amenities for example tram, buses, food and general shopping. Overall a great place to stay in for access and travel.

Location was great..... Its a pity that reception can't speak english.... Room was clean but the smell of cigarette was too much.... It is a good choice to stay for a few days . Down was a nice coffeeshop with Arezoo. Very kind with a delicious tea:)

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing any of our concerns. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there were so many bugs that both my husband and I were bitten repeatedly and felt itchy the entire stay. The bathroom was extremely small, with a shower so cramped that even one person could barely fit inside. When we tried to give feedback, the staff did not take it seriously and refused to listen. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ comfort made this stay unacceptable.

Girişte bize hiçbir soru yönlendirilmeden sigara içilebilen oda verilmiş, sabah uyandığımızda geceden duş almamıza rağmen saçlarımızın kıyafetlerimizin sigara koltuğunu fark ettik. Gece korkunç bir koku eşliğinde uyumaya çalıştık, üst kattan yürüme sesleri keskin geliyordu. Tuvalet temizdi ama fayanslar uzun süre temizlenmemiş, parmak izi ve kalıntılar fazla incelemeye gerek kalmadan görülebiliyor. Işıklandırma da kötüydü çok karanlıktı. Kahvaltı vasattı, bu yüzden kahvaltı yapmadan çıktık. Personel iyi niyetli ve kibardı. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer değil.

Daha önce birkaç kere konaklamamız güzeldi birinci katta bi oda da konakladım geç saatlerde otele geldiğim için başka oda kalmamış standart oda alıp ücretini ödemiştim iptaliyle uğraşmamak için ekonomik oda da kalmak zorunda kaldım ödeme yapılıp gelindiğinde böyle sonuçlar doğuruyor blokaj önceden atılması lazımki geldiğimizde sorun yaşamayalım. banyoda duş bozuktu oda değiştirme gibi alternatif olmadığı için idare etmek zorunda kaldık

Oda görünürde temizdi. Yatağı açınca çarşafın sol kenarında aşağıya doğru sarı lekeler vardı.Allahtan sağ taraf temizdi o tarafı kullandım. Geç girmiştim otele o yüzden de yenileme istemedim. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi. Konum olarak da otelin yeri çok merkezde. Sabah kahvaltıya inmek için odadan çıktığımda kat kolidorunda yoğun bir sigara dumanı kokusu vardı asansöre kadar öksürerek gittim. Benim allerjimde olduğu için daha yoğun hissettim. Kalınabilecek bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.
