"The hotel is well located, but several areas were not in operation during our stay. We were particularly taken aback by the high food prices in the lobby. The décor feels tired and dated, and the hotel would benefit from a thorough refurbishment. Overall, the location is a strength, but there is considerable room for improvement."

"Not the best but thankfully I only stayed one night. AC has a loud squeaky sound to it and kept waking us up at night. Fridge isn’t clean with a but of mold in it. Water wouldn’t go down the drain during/ after shower so we basically showered in a puddle that took forever to go down the drain. Not to mention, I requested a baby crib because it says that they have that option free of charge but when I got to the room and asked for it they said that the people who asked for it before us broke it...

"This hotel advertises itself as a smoke-free property. This is FALSE. After 2 previous failed hotel attempts in Ankara, due to strong cigarette smoke/smell in my rooms, I found Warwick and saw they were “smoke-free”. I emailed the property telling them I have been bouncing from hotel to hotel looking for a smoke-free room, after having surgery I needed rest and clean air! I was assured i had a room and that it was smoke-free. Upon arriving to my third hotel room in 24 hours at Warwick, the room...

"Everything was great overall. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they allowed me to check-in a bit earlier because of how tired I was and the timing of my flight, they assisted with general questions about the area, and were quick to get me an iron and ironing board.
The only thing that's avoiding me giving it a full five stars was that the floor wasn't perfectly clean. I was walking around in my socks and they got filled with dust."

"I had a very pleasant stay at The Wings Hotel Ankara. In fact, I stayed at the hotel twice during September, as I was very happy with my first experience and chose to return.
What stood out most was the staff; everyone was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout both stays. The rooms were always kept very clean and well maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Ankara.
Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I...
