"This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels."

"They don’t give the exact room when we book.We booked their superior room with pool view which is more price compared to the the room which they gave us even if we ask why did you have such room they are shouting on us and made us to stay 2 hrs in the lobby just to give us the room finally they did not have us the room we asked for .The manager their was very bad person he treat the tourists as worest as he can and the price for one night for one will be vary from manager and the front desk girl...

"Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."

"I had stayed in 2024 in one of their other property, which was a great stay tbh. However this time(2026), the stay wasn’t pleasant at all. Sure it’s clean and everything, but the amenities were not up to the mark at all. Starting with WIFI, only ours wasn’t working, i had to literally call them 3-4 times to get it fixed, you literally have no signal here at these properties, so this was a huge disappointment. Also frequent power outages in the area, while they do provide a generator, but the AC...
