"I’ve stayed here many times, but something has changed with their wifi access. It’s set up to take your cell number and send an access code by text. Unfortunately, the system only accepts Chinese cell phone numbers. I tried explaining this to the desk manager, but it wasn’t being understood. If you stay here, be prepared to have someone come to your room with their Chinese cell phone in order to get you online, or just stay at Crown Plaza next door and skip the hassle. "

"This is my second review as we extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel didn’t accept my US Visa card, so I had to book through the app. My main complaint remains the toiletries—shampoo, body wash, and hand soap seem to be the same product, which dried out my hair. I ended up buying shampoo from the nearby supermarket. Despite this, we enjoyed our extended stay and would happily return. Check out my first review for more details!"
