"This place was awesome and made my mom and I feel welcome on our first trip out of North America. The staff was great, in particular one girl who we believe was a manager. She went out of her way to make use feel welcome including giving us destination ideas, recommendations, and complimentary services at the hotel. I would 10/10 come back to this place. You can tell it's old, but it was clean, safe, and quiet with fantastic service. Parking was hard sometimes but that's it!"

The first hotel in Scotland where our shower water temperature stayed consistent, AND there were 2 luggage racks for our use. The front desk attendant was very professional and personable. We highly recommend this hotel and wish the owners much success. "
