"Wonderful staff! I asked where I could buy a needle & thread to repair my backpack & they had one of their staff machine-stitch it for free. Done in 30 minutes. Looked new. Just an example of how nice they all are. The hotel is conveniently located. A short walk to Pub Street. A block from the Siem Reap River. Has all the amenities. Two pools, bar, restaurants, spa, etc. Nice breakfast. They upgraded my room for free. Very spacious with cool air conditioning. I think it’s one of the finest hotels."

"This was our first trip to Cambodia, I felt genuinely welcomed when we arrived, the hotel staffs were sincere, the room was clean constantly. The hotel order breakfast was top notch, I ate one delicious dinner and got an excellent massage session in the hotel. I wish every hotel in the world learn from this hotel how to treat customers. "Amazing hotel. We had a heritage deluxe room which opened right onto the pool from our patio. The room was wonderful and so much space and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was kept so clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. This hotel is truly a treasure with so many little attention to detail that make you feel you have gone back in time! The only hotel we would stay in when returning to Angkor."

"The hotel and amenities were adequate. Good safe location. The price matched the quality. We had 3 rooms and the AC in two of the rooms was very weak especially in the heat of April. The pool is fully exposed to the sun so the water was never cool and refreshing. The staff were helpful and the breakfast included with the room was very basic but adequate. The rooms were clean and they replaced your towels every day."

"Amazing experience. Room was spacious and very well appointed. Bed was firm but very comfortable and had great pillows. Note that the shower and bath area did not have a door, but toilet and sink do. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and bar area. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and spa services were great. The pool was beautiful and grounds were like a garden. Complimentary Tuk into pub street in the evening was a great perk. Would highly recommend!"
