"The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. "We absolutely loved this place and will go back for sure. The room was clean and beautiful. The onsite restaurant and cafe was great value and delicious, especially the coffee. The pool was clean and lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange tours, pick ups or in room massages. Family Friendly too. "

"I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap"

"Three of us had stayed in this boutique hotel (slightly) away from the city area. The staffs are especially friendly and attentive. We did not need the airport pick-up, they were kind enough to arrange for airport drop-off instead. The manager was there personally during our check out day to check on our experience, and transportation arrangement! That made us feel extra warm and safe! Amenities are sufficient and you get a pool view. Neighboring is a bar, making the place a little more...

"Pool was nice, front desk staff were nice,helpful..Everything was good overall ,I stayed 4 days total but never received housekeeping service,I had to go to front desk to ask for towels almost everyday and toilet papers and I had to take care of my trash outside the hotel."
