Located on a quiet main street of angeles. Easily accessible to malls, restaurant and bars. 10 mins away from clark international airport. Hotel rooms are cosy and smells nice but shower rooms needs improving (specially showers heads). Overall its a very nice hotel to stay in.

When my friend checked in ahead of me...they questioned him about the reservation even though it was in his name! The room was not ready when he wanted to check in a regular check/in time! When he finally checked in the sheets were not clean!

We ate at the restaurant and the food was overcooked, dry, and stale. It is overpriced and the chef / cook needs to find a different job

Good location and the price was reasonable. Behind ABC hotel that is twice the price. Not really set up for foreigners, the front desk person had difficulty with English. I asked the price of beer in the minibar since there was no price list in the room, she directed me to buy beer in the bar area. Property lists room service but no room service menu in the room.

Location is OK. House keeping service was not provided even after multiple requests during 3 nights stay due to lack of staff. Bathroom is so tiny. You can't hardly sit on the toilet without knee touching the wall. Bathroom door swings open to blocking access to washstand. Shower room lacks proper place to put shampoo and soap tubes. Breakfast buffet is below average quality. A/C and TV needs upgrade. Not enough parking space.

Shower had very good amount of hot water. Tried 3 shave kit, all 3 razors were horrible. All the staff were very friendly. Overall a Excellent place to stay.

I love the staff especially front desk Ms Ruby and Ms Burns they really helped me out alot. Also the City Cafe staff was awesome. Imbhappy they have overnight dining saved me from starving on some occasions. I still sad that hot water is not hot at night its not even warm management need to check on upgrading boiler system. Room 409 door lock kept me out of my room a couple times. Very inconvenient to go up and down just to have someone open the door for you. I think that door has a problem previously because the bottom lock looked like its been cracked inorder to get in please mercy on me and others and have that fix👍😊😊

I have been to this property on numerous occasions and always found it very good. This time it was very poor. From arriving at the hotel where the desk person tried to charge me when i already paid to poor quality food. Some was uneatable. I paid for a suite but only found when I got there that i had to climb 16 stairs in the room to the bed and bathroom. I had to change back to a double room but received no refund. The wifi in the room was very poor. If you include an earthquake and power cuts it was a shocking experience. Only 2 or 3 staff were good. The rest were not.

THERE WAS SO MUCH ROOM FRESHENER IT WOULD GAG A MAGGOT. And, we put do not disturb on door (electronically) while we were out for the day so they would not spray more, someone opened the door and sprayed it again! Also, we got a wakeup call at 6:30 am after a long day at local water park in Clark (which was amazing by the way). Staff simply said "sorry sir".
