"We experienced an authentic Korean stay at Andong Gurume Resort staying in the Chilgok Gotaek structure from the 1830's. The bathroom was modern whilst retaining the integrity of the rest of the property. The surrounds where also historic and an adventure exploring the grounds and other buildings. "We stayed at the family room and it was great. Plenty of space for 4 people, clean and with a yard for the kids to play in front of the room. You need a car to move around, but other than that it is perfect for an authentic Korean rural experience. It would be useful to receive more instructions to check-in... we didn't know what to do at our arrival."
