"This is a converted monastery / retreat center that is really comfortable, and has not only breakfast but a full dining room with a great dinner. It's right near Cotacahi and Lake Cuicacho. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is great. Two issues to be aware of: (1) it's hard to find and there and Google Maps had old road configurations which didn't work :( (2) the facility and gardens could use a little bit of tender loving care. All in al it was a great stay."
