"Clean and refreshing"

"Parking was great, location is awesome. And it is very clean. Very happy with my stay there. The coffee machine lacked some sort of filter so we couldn't use if, it was our last morning there so I didn't even ask staff maybe they would fix it (no phone in room to call them). But fir the price those are pretty acceptable things."

"Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain."

"Nothing to like except for front desk staff. 1st. Ad says on the beach...it wasn't 2nd. Room smelled like bleach so bad it was hard to breathe. Front desk person came up and sprayed something that only helped for a couple hours. 3rd. mold on lamp shade. 4th. Broken lamp shade 5th after shower walked to the bed and bottom of my feet were black with dirt. Took a clean damp towel wiped small area of floor and it was filthy. 6th air conditioner barely worked. Had reserved 2 nights did not stay 2nd night. Expedia was great in helping get refund and a different hotel."
