"Hotel room was comfortable. Updates had been made and looked decent. Breakfast was just OK. I appreciated using the washer and dryer by utilizing an app to pay."

"The breakfast was excellent. Likely one of the best breakfast setups I've seen at any hotel at all. The room was very comfortable and had a fun setup. We had the king room with a sofa bed and it had a moveable tv so you could watch it from the couch, the kitchen island or the bed. There's a stove top, but no oven, except I reckon the microwave could be used as a convection oven! I didn't realize that part ahead of time or I wouldve taken more advantage of that. The staff in the food area was Very Attentive and helpful and kept everything very well stocked. Check in was a little rushed and stressful, but overall very quick and easy. Just could've been friendlier. Overall, this hotel was wonderful and I have no real complaints. "

"The place was dirty as soon as I pulled up to my room, I felt a hypothermic needle right next to my car was asked for a security deposit when nothing was stated our entire group she asked half of us for security deposit didn’t ask the other half try to be polite when speaking to the desk clerk no response Continental breakfast means more than just waffles, fruit and yogurt. We travel a lot and we like staying in Clarions but this experience has been the worst ever"

"Bed was comfortable, but room was not the cleanest. There were long black hairs in the sink, crumbs on the floor. The elevators were shaky and made terrible noises that made us feel a little uneasy in them. Breakfast options were good, just not very warm."

"I was in communication with the hotel for two weeks about coming and having a little party for our adoption, they advertise an indoor pool but then when there’s weather outside, they wanted to close the pool for thunder so if it’s not truly indoor, they need to disclose that. It started thundering so they shut the pool down when I was communicating with him for two weeks that we were gonna have a party at the pool and then upon check-in, they said that since we have two rooms, you can only have eight people and anyone else beyond that is a charge. The pool area and the hot tub were really nice. The male Indian figure was a smart ass to me about the thunder. My mom‘s room bathroom wasn’t cleaned so they had to give her a new room. Her air conditioner didn’t work very well in her new room. I mean, I would give this place a 2.5 out of five stars because the breakfast was really good. We had a nice spacious room. Everyone I talked to on the phone was nice but then the guy was rude about the thunder. Overall we ended up having a great time and it wasn’t ruined too much. I probably won’t choose this hotel again."

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. The lobby has a classic, welcoming feel. The staff across the board from reception to breakfast lounge to housekeeping were consistently courteous, attentive, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The entire property was spotless, from the entrance all the way to the room. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. A couple of minor downsides: the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, and there wasn’t an in-room safe (which may not matter to everyone). Also the TV, there wasn’t a wide range of channels.By the way, I almost forgot to mention about the nice indoor swimming pool and the fitness room, nice add-ons. Would I come back? Absolutely yes!"
