"Rabia was a wonderful hostess who was very eager to please and made the stay special. This is a small guest house near the entrance to town with large comfortable rooms and a courtyard. Given the lack of other options I was very glad that Rabia offered meals - and the local traditional breakfast was a real highlight. She also has great taste in music! And in spite of her basic English and my non-existent Turkish, we managed to communicate very well using phone translation. Highly rcommended!"

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was horrible and the staff were very rude. We returned to the hotel at 4 a.m. to find the doors locked. We called multiple times, yet no one answered, leaving us no choice but to stay overnight at a friend’s place.
When we tried to address this issue with the manager the next day, instead of apologizing, he blamed us for coming back late and pointed out that they are “not a 5-star hotel” — as if that justified locking guests out...

Otelin Yöneticisi konu ile ilgili hiçbir çözümcül yaklaşımı olmadı. Sadece gürültünün 11:00 de biticeğini taahhüt etti. Yalnız mutfağın toparlanması ile birlikte saat gece 01:00 de bitmiş oldu. Sabah da saat 07:00 civarında tekrar başlamış oldu. Maalesef otel tamamen ticari bakış açısıyla yönetiliyor müşteri memnuniyeti ve devamlılığı için...

"Otelin internetteki yorumlarına güvenerek rezervasyon yapmıştık. Ama maalesef bizim için hayal kırıklığı oldu. Öncelikle, konumu her yere uzak ve zor bir köy yolu.
Sonrasında, odada ne bir buzdolabı ne bir klima var. Yani temmuz sıcağında soğuk su bile olmayan bir oda.
Temizlik olarak sıkıntı yok. Ama televizyon, buzdolabı, gardrop, klima olmayan bir odada bu sıcakta konaklama yapılamaz.
Biz 3 günlük rezervasyon yaptırmıştık, sadece 1 gece kaldık. "
