"Great place to stay in Girdwood for the night. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just a bed and shower. I booked a room with a shared bathroom and it worked out well. The property is very well maintained and in a convenient location to everything in Girdwood. The check in is all automated as they send you details via email. There is no staff there. The lobby/breakfast room was well supplied and had everything I needed to start my day. I highly recommend this place!!"

"This property was totally unsafe. Photos Dan he provided. It was not a hotel. It was an apartment they are putting out as a hotel. Shame on Expedia as I am a longtime customer and this was not what was represented by photo or Expedia. My daughter and grandkids could not stay here safely. This cost me over $400.00 and we had to find other accommodations on a fold out week at twice the normal cost for them to be safe. This is a ghetto. I am going to have to fight to get my money refunded because...
