"The OBI was perfect location and price for my friend and I who had come to see the Sierra Ferrell concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and check in/out was easy. We Ubered to the show for only $10, and walked back after through the adjacent park and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Great value."

"The property was in good condition for the closeness to the beach. Check in was fast and uneventful. The only complaint was the dogs barking late night. The property is a pet friendly property and it seems the guest with pets and without are all put in the same section of the hotel."

"The Inn was very clean and the room was comfy. The view of the bay was just perfect. Walk over the Lions Bridge to the heart of St. Augustine was great. The breakfast and the happy hour was a plus. Loved everything about our stay! Will definitely be back!"
