"Front desk staff was great! Housekeeping was sub par, only had our room cleaned once during our 8 day stay, and got fresh towels once. Housekeeping also walked into our room twice, once when sleeping and once while showering. Breakfast buffet was awesome, lots of variety and food was fresh and well stocked, and lots of seating, even during busy times! Short, easy walk to Disney park, Would stay there again! "

"Everything about the hotel was nice. I personally didn’t enjoy the crowdedness of the dance competition and refuge center in the hotel. I didn’t really expect all of that to be happening but overall checking in and out was quick. The bar, pizza spot, and Starbucks/little market was nice options in the hotel and convenient. The room was very clean and nice, balcony was also a nice feature. Bathroom didn’t have a ventilation system in it so that was odd. Truly one the better hotels I like staying...
