"Rooms are really small, second floor Has no elevator. "

"Rooms were just ok. Doors to bathroom don’t close. Asked staff if our grocery delivery could be left in lobby and they said yes. Then they told the intstacart guy to leave it outside our door. Thankfully no one stole them, but I was not happy. The elevator is janky and passed due on its maintenance. Way too far of a walk to Disneyland. Uncomfortable beds and bad pillows. "

"Our room wasn’t cleaned very well before arrival, we found trash in between the bunk bed and the wall. This just makes me wonder how clean the rest of the room really was. There was also an outlet next to the bed that we loose on the wall. If you need a cheap hotel with the shortest walk to Disney this place will do but is not the nicest I’ve stayed at near the parks. The staff was helpful and very nice though."

"Clean room / well lit, safe, with security on-site / washer & dryer available to guests with a small fee / swimming pool and hot tub was awesome as well."

"This place check all our boxes for our Disney trip. Two pools, 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool for the Littles. 20 minute walk to Disney and CVS for stocking up on water and snacks. This room had everything we needed. Mini fridge, coffee maker and breakfast included! 10/10 recommend."

"The hotel lobby- nice kid friendly- staff nice also. My complaint is the black mold growing on the ceiling in our hotel rooms bathroom. The hotel room was old and needed to be upgraded. Mold should not be on the ceiling in the bathroom. The beds were also very hard and everytime you moved they made squeak noises. The shuttle to Disney was great."

"Rooms were spacious and noise was limited (note the freeway is next to the property). Plenty of parking. As of March 31, 2026, ART no longer in operation. The hotel is still a close walk to the park but those who are not able bodied may need to seek alternative transportation (Lyft, Uber, rent-a-scooter). We did not explore the pool nor have breakfast onsite. We would stay again. "
