"Great atmosphere in Castle style w the gardens. Great decorations for season (Halloween) . Beautiful Lobby with sitting area. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and dining choices. Shop also on site. Front desk staff extremely helpful. The shuttle services were well organized. Most Drivers were helpful and kind. Ease for mobile scooter rental transportation was excellent.
The negative experience: I missed automatic opening doors or buttons along the wall to press for the doors to open. It was very hard to get in & out of the doors with a scooter or wheelchair. I Had to wait for other guests to actually open the doors. A few times I was alone and it was extremely difficult to enter or exit.
The room was clean at arrival. No housekeeping. We had to ask for garbage pick up. 1 pack of coffee - no new ones supplied for rest of stay.
No freezer but a very small refrigerator was on the room.
The bathroom was small and equipped with a very old bath facilities.
The website pictured a breakfast bar. I mistakenly took that as breakfast would be included. However at arrival I found out that the breakfast bar was not included in the room rental reservation.
Overall we enjoyed the stay."
"this place is perfect for disneyland visit. also it was great having a full breakfast each morning.
a note you can walk to the parks or walk to catch a free tram to the parks."
"The walls are thin and the kids jumping off beds at midnight and 6:15 am made for a rough couple nights. We asked the reception for help but they didnt have staff to help they said.
The free breakfast had a lot of options for food and drink which made a very nice amenity. Parking was tight, literally small spaces. The exit was closed and they didnt warn people you had to drive out the in.
Lobby was great and family friendly.
Pool was small and weirdly completely enclosed.
The walk to Disneyland was a breeze.
I recommend it for the free breakfast, parking and walk to the park."
