"This location of this hotel is great for going to Disneyland. You can easily walk to the park in 15 minutes depending on your pace, or walk to the shuttles in the Toy Story Parking lot which is a half a block to the left of the hotel. The rooms were great ; you decide how often you want your room cleaned. I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t have urns with complimentary coffee in the lobby. The packets of instant coffee in the room were awful. We ate breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was very good but it has a limited menu. The service was very slow. When we walked in and sat down we waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to greet us and take our orders. It took another 15-20 minutes to get our meals. There are a number of places nearby to eat at if you want go outside the hotel. Overall, I was pleased with Hotel Lulu and will probably book here again in the future."

"Loved our stay! The staff is super helpful, they accommodated our every need, the pool is great and the breakfast too. The only not great thing was the coffee, but luckily there’s a Starbucks at walking distance. Happy to say it was awesome and it will be a repeat hotel for our family!"

"We had a bit of a hiccup at check in but that was resolved quickly. The hotel was a short walk to Disneyland. Our room was serviced daily and it was great having fresh towels after a long day in the sun. Food from the bar was decent, we’d definitely stay here again."

"We chose the best western for our last minute disney trip and couldnt be happier with our choice. The park was just across the street, making breaks with small kids so convenient. The included breakfast was wonderful, the pool was clean and never over ran, and housekeeping was great about making sure we always had clean towels & trash bags. Would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again"
