While a little slow sometimes with requests, they always made up for it. Spa was cold as they turned heating off a week early. With amazing outdoor pools, spa should be warm always. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day.
