"The hotel was amazing staff was super friendly. Elevators where a bot touch and go for us not always wanting to read our key. The 3rd party parking gentleman that was there this weekend needs to not just start on people when they have no idea where they need to go and are just trying to be out of the way. "

"This hotel was a great location for us, as we were in town for a Washington Nationals baseball game. Easy walk to the stadium (for a day game)! The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the room was great. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5-stars is that the surrounding area did not feel all that safe to walk around in the evening."

"Great property and very friendly staff at the The Stacks but since this is a new unit there was issues with check-in and getting the unit I picked out as well as issues inside the unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed."

"I had a wonderful one night stay. Upon check in my husband mentioned it was my birthday. When we returned from our evening I came into balloon bouquet in my room. It was such a lovely surprise. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Ordered some coffee and pastries for breakfast and they arrived so quickly. Never spent much time in lobby just passed through so I am sure we missed some things. We were just passing through. Overall great stay!"

"The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Solo traveler to a new city with lots of questions and the staff had all the answers and suggestions. The location is great with many sites in walkable distance. The valet parking personnel were courteous, as well. The bed, sheets, all of it was divine. "

"Entire stay was wonderful. Staff goes above and beyond and is so friendly! Room was very comfortable and very clean; in-room coffee maker was the best! We took advantage of the bikes available at the hotel. It was so easy getting around town with the bikes! The location of this hotel is just perfect. So close to all the museums and the National Mall and The Wharf with over 15 different restaurants right on the water. Overall we had an excellent stay and if we ever make it back to DC we will...
