"I booked this property and then I accidently booked this property when I meant to book Florence. As soon as I realized my mistake I reached out in advance to the property and asked for a courtesy cancellation and refund. The response I got was "management would not consider any refund." I will never return to a hotel that is unwilling to work with customers and just take their money. Highly disappointed!"

"I had a perfect 4 nights stay! Simona was really helpful , introduced us the route and places to visit on the entire island! There is a bus stop right outside ,so it was easy to get to everywhere , and it’s also the end and starting stop. There was daily cleaning and the mini bar & dessert bar refilled everyday !
