"Overall and amazing place with a very different orientation. The living areas were very nice and outside the hotel room. The in room high tech features controlled by a small ipad was also very cool. Things that could be better. The dinner was fine, but more choices would be better. The free water (still or sparkling) was a nice touch. The bed was large, a king I think. But up against the wall on 3 sides. So the person taking the inside side of the bed had to crawl over the other person in the bed to get to their side...not ideal. Nice large bed though."

"This hotel close to the Amsterdam airport was a lovely experience. The shuttle was easy to find, Vlad at check-in was very helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, we opted for the breakfast buffet which plentiful and would stay there again on our next visit for sure."

"The place is very convenient next to the airport. The shuttle is great. It would be good to have the shuttle stop and the actual gates though. The place is clean and it was easy to check in and check out. For the most part the staff was helpful, though one of the staff was not helpful at all. I called and asked about an item that I needed ( lotion or toothpaste) and she did not want to help. She kept on saying no we don't have and then I asked if they have it at the vending/store I front. I don't want to come out of the room if they didn't have it. She still didn't want to help and hung up on me."

"Very close to the central train station, this was a very walkable hub for our trip. It’s outside of the major touristy areas, so it’s still very quiet at night. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs and steam rooms for guests. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. A great hotel for those staying in Amsterdam"
