They put a hold on my room for incidentals and never gave the money back to me. That charged me the hold! Terrible way to do business, don’t hide fees from your customers.

I had the privilege of getting a balcony room on the 3rd floor and it was FABULOUS. The room was bigger than I had expected, but the bathroom was small, and felt in need of an update..at LEAST with the lighting. I know it's an old building, but, it was bad.
