night check in clerk was great. gave us late check out because we arrived so late and we are choice members. Clerk in the daytime called at 10:45 AM and was rude and told us we need to leave - we should not have been told we could have late check out

I got there, man asked for an extra twenty dollars, I informed him I paid online. He turns to his computer and back to me saying he rented my room to another couple.
