Though we have a system in place as in the welcome book, people leave them outside their door on time not entering rooms. Should you have called down to reception we could have easily sorted. Were happy to help. As you can appreciate we are extremely busy with no staff.

We like to work with constructive words, not personal opinions. Brantholme was built in the late 1800s and has recently been decorated in keeping with the Victorian period with Laura Ashley designs from that Era mixing the latest modern items and furniture with antique finishes. Around the house are real plants and our bedrooms have SILK flowers reflecting the colour scheme of that room. We don't believe guests should be greeted by a collection of recycling bins. They are discreetly hidden from view! If you took the time to read your welcome book you would have found everything explained inside. During COVID/post covid times short stay rooms are not entered. However, we have a system in place ( in your welcome book ) so we are here to attend to guests' needs ie cups bins, etc. You will have enjoyed the baskets at the foot of the stairs with extra teas/ coffees etc next to the ice machine. We are happy to help. Guests enjoy leaving their cars in our free car park to take a bus, walk, or boat trip. If you choose to book via a third party, you pay a third-party price. The room includes free breakfast. Our Hot tub facility is a separate booking( in use for the day) and payment from rooms and details are on our website. We only sell our rooms ( with a free breakfast ) to third-party platforms. ALL our facilities will be shown on third-party platforms.
