"First, the pros: The front desk guy was very helpful, friendly, and polite. I felt very welcomed and safe. The price was as expected for a hotel of this type. There were plenty of pillows and the room was clean. Then, the cons: The fan kicked off and on all night as the AC unit cycled. I adjusted the settings trying to get the fan to stay on constantly instead of cycling with the AC compressor, but I was unsuccessful. So it startled me awake every time it turned off or on. I really wish I could have just kept it on "fan" all night to hide outside noise, but it just wouldn't. There is no elevator; you must climb stairs to get to the second floor. Not a big deal if you are young and healthy, but I am not. Carrying my heavy bag while climbing a flight of stairs was an unexpected chore. Am I unhappy that I chose this hotel? No. Would I do it again? Not sure. But I think people who don't mind stairs and aren't picky about AC fan settings will be happy enough with this hotel."
