Very welcoming and kind staff, amenities were up to standard. The only complaint were the cleaning staff only picked up the towels but never replaced them or made the bed. The shower head and bathroom sink were pretty dirty as well but overall satisfactory.

The room was clean, but dated. The carpet in the hotel in the hallway to the rooms was super loose and a potential slip hazard.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amarillo West by IHG
It was super clean, the bed was a huge King (I lost my husband). They staff was wonderful, the amenities were great, AND they had toothbrushes or combs etc. If you forgot anything.
