"Host was very accommodating and kind. Room and surroundings were extremely clean and spacious. While the room just has a fridge and kettle, we also had access to a communal area for breakfast and simple meals (microwave, toaster oven, and dishes (no cookware). Train 8 minutes walk, ferry 20 minutes (with an 1.30 euro elevator down cliff to dock if you have mobility challenges). Great supermarket's 3 minutes away and many great restaurants. "Lovely room and lovely staff! The staff remembered what we liked to eat each day. They cooked breakfast eggs to order and offered a variety of options each day. I felt like I had a lot of choices. The rooms were very clean and neat with everything clean each day. We loved speaking to the staff. They were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again myself!"

"Room was very clean and nice. Same for bathroom. We had to walk from station to the location with luggages, couldn’t find any Taxis or Uber… problem in Salerno no taxis even on our way back. BlueMare very nice and right on the beach but overall Salerno is not made for tourists."

"Get the room with the view, fabulous view, and a big terrace. Good breakfast room, and was an easy walk to downtown. I thought the walk back was going to be a little hard, but was easy. Very relaxing atmosphere, and nice and quiet at night. I would recommend as a place to stay. There was a parking lot within 25 metres."

"Very welcoming. For the reviews that gave negatives, this wasn’t the case here. The host was very welcoming. Our shower did overflow onto the floor but that’s due to the high pressure of the shower ( one thing you want in hotel). Turn it down a notch and no overflow. Due to this one inconvenience the host left us a suprise (champagne) in our fridge as a “I’m sorry this happened”. Not many places do that! The breakfast was also prepared every mornings and eggs were made to order. Will return to...

"Melody is a great little BnB located in a building complex about a block or two away (5mins walking) from the main street in Sorrento. The hosts were wonderful and kind - we reached out to them beforehand and we were greeted by Michael at the front door. The facilities were clean and there is breakfast available in the morning. The actual hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you must go to the back entrance of the building in order to enter. "
