"Excellent place to stay! Great views and a true traditional Japanese Ryokan. The garden is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The building is quite old and full of history which adds to the charm. Would stay again. "

"There was hardly anything to complain about the room. It was clean and spotless and the amenities were complete. Aircon/heater was good. Bathing facilities was good especially the bathing water - control of the temperature was very good.
The hotel faciloties was excellent. Gym was fantastic, kids playroom was useful and the resturant (Numero 5) served good breakfast.
Highly recommended for the right price."
"Hotel very convenient as it just outside the JR exit. Room size may be a bit smaller but luggage can put under the bed. Bathroom a bit small but have a small bathtub. Weird thing is Air Con temperature can’t be adjusted as it a centralised. So sometime at night sleeping feel a bit hot. Over all is okay "
"We had a room with a queen bed & 2 twin beds. To our surprise, we had 2 bathrooms for us to use. It was a convenient. Our room was spacious- got a space for a 2 seater sofa to relax in. Room was clean. Staff were great! Breakfast had a good variety. Laundry was convenient. We would stay here again. "
"The hotel was excellent. The location and breakfast have exceeded my expectations! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially, the female staff at the check in desk. Strongly recommended!"
"The entire staff at Swissotel was amazing! I was continually impressed with the level of service and willingness to help with any and everything. The best customer service I have experienced at a hotel (and I travel 150+ days a year)"
"This is an elegant and refined property with high-end shopping in the lobby and exquisite service. Castle view rooms are magnificent, although the property itself sits against a business park, and you will need to take a convenience subway to get to shopping districts and sites other than Osaka Castle. Note the castle is literally 100 foot walk from the hotel and is not to be missed."
