"Don't stay here. It's called an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport and transportation to and from the hotel is difficult / expensive. It's a loud neighborhood, there's no AC, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable matresses. The front desk is unfriendly. The adjacent restaurant was OK but expensive. Can you call yourself an airport hotel when you're a $30 cab ride from the airport?"

"Our room was clean but basic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel had a luggage storage room and bikes available to rent. It was a bit hot in our room for mid May and there is no A/C. Also, facecloths were not provided. The breakfast was a nice add. The hotel is close to the airport and was perfect for a quick overnight stay."

"This is a good hotel, it’s breakfast is smaller with less options than other Scandic hotels, with less opportunities for food compared to other airport Scandic hotels. We didn’t have a way to eat supper at the hotel."

"Location was brilliant, easy to use the train straight from the airport, then walk, 250m to the hotel. But a 2-4 day pass that included the airport, can be used on all public transport, very easy and cheaper than Uber or taxi. Walkable to most of the major sites but also so close to use the metro if you don’t feel like walking and a water bus right outside the hotel as well. Hotel is amazing, great staff, services , highly recommend."

"First off it’s a beautiful hotel the view on the lake side is fabulous! Things that could be improved: My bathroom toilet lid was dirty, the ceiling above the shower was ajar very creepy, it was hot in the room, it really needs to have wash cloths. There is nothing to wash your body with. The toilet lid sits too close to the wall so when you sit it digs into your back, there really needs to be a shower door the water goes everywhere! Need more towels. I thought I had an upgraded room...

"We stayed for two nights and loved the location and how new the hotel feels. The room is amazing and comfortable (the only downside is the AC, a bit difficult to puzzle it and it feels like it kind of does what it wants at times ahhahah). Everything was very good!"

"Zoku is well designed both inside and out. It looks exactly as the interior design from one of the tiny house episodes I watched before. It’s a small loft apartment style hotel that has everything you need for your stay. The bed is super comfy. Room is soundproof and I don’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. You can rest assured for a quiet night sleep. Our room has a street view but we didn’t hear any noise from cars or buses. Location is convenient, 2-3 minutes walk from the Metro...
