Hotel murah di Altos de Chavon Village

"Hotel has a gym and pool, both very nice. Although the entrance to the property needs a facelift. Add more flowers, plants, the name of the hotel is not posted. An old boat by the gates I would suggest get an artist to create an interesting monument. Hotel lobby is clean, lobby furniture clean, only one restaurant tables and chairs neat and clean."

"Staff were lovely, rooms and common areas very clean. "

"Parking was easy and secured. The service was good, but it has room for improvement. We tried to call room service and the phone line never was picked up. Later we found out to do any room service request online only because we happened to see the instruction on the tv, otherwise we would not have known how to contact room service. The food was ok, we didn't eat much in the hotel since we went out of the premises to have dinner. Lost and found does not work there so don't loos your sandals."

"Ho prenotato presso questo hotel, quando sono arrivata ho trovato l'hotel chiuso solo con un servizio di sicurezza, il signore ci ha chiamato un bus e ci hanno portati in un altro hotel distante almeno 4 km. La camera che abbiamo trovato dall'altra parte, non era quella prenotata, non c'era,servizio di colazione e non era quello il posto che ci interessava, nessuno ci ha mai avvisato, non abbiamo capito se sono andati in over booking o cosa sia successo. Al check out, non ci hanno fatto pagare...

"Clean room Beach is far but you have free shuttle to the beach and restaurants Staff very friendly Pool needs cleaning Ask for Breakfast at green village. The other hotel is no clean. The restaurant o pizzeria is surrounded by many cats. I asked why so many cats an the girl who work there said cats are tgere because owners have them there.that is gross eat with cats and dogs and many people like me have allergies to animals"

"The guesthouse is situated overlooking the ocean but it is well hidden. Don't give up! Follow the unpaved road around and you'll find a gem. The proprietor is friendly, will provide breakfast, arrange take-out meals and transfers if needed. We enjoyed our stay. "
