"We stayed in the dome room. Interesting layout, but not a lot of space for luggage. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Little water pressure. But a nice stay overall."

"There was a complimentary transport from the hotel to the airport and we were told that only 7:30 and 10:30 am and ordered a private taxi to realize once we were outside at 9:30 that there was a transport taking guest to the airport . And we were told by the employees that the the front desk from the check in didn’t help us properly with this arrangement ."

"Hotel Akapana is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Tiwanaku. A grand hotel located in front of Tiwanaku Archeological Site, this place provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner/manager is warm, friendly, attentive and while a language barrier existed, google translate and big smiles bridge that gap. A wonderful host indeed! "Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. "
