Comfortable stay . Rooms are big and bathrooms good . We stayed just a night as we went only for a day tour of sakt flats . The management is friendly and responsive .
Great spot!
My room was huge and the spa bath was perfect after several days exploring the salt flats and desert areas.
The staff even booked my airport transfer and cooked an early breakfast for when I headed back to La Paz
Really lovely place to stay after a gruelling 3 day salt flats tour in the cold. Every amenity was available and even the shower was soft filtered water. I absolutely loved my day there. The manager even let me pay for my taxi by card and then paid the taxi driver himself to take me to the airport. Would 100% recommend!

Liked: Staff & service
Very convenient location, walkable to the main street in Uyuni where all the travel agency and restaurants located. Staff is friendly and helpful, cooking us breakfast. I think the facilities could need some improvment but probably above average in the region.
The room is clean and calm, and good access from center of the city. Shower temperature and pressure were not good, but we are satisfied with almost everything!
We had a beautiful room with balcony and jacuzzi tub. Very romantic and relaxing after an entire day visiting the salt flats. The service was great, the front desk gentleman was very helpful and cordial.
I definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Uyuni. The bed was absolutely huge and very comfortable. The lobby area is like a little oasis away from the streets. We had breakfast in the hotel and thought it was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a suite room facing the street. The room is spacious. Beautifully furnished. It has great jacuzzi and the bed is very comfortable. However, the soundproof is not good. We could hear loud noise from outside such as trucks, tourists, car honking, etc. throughout the night. Other than this, this is a wonderful and cozy hotel with convenient location.
I thought the property had dining on-site but thatvwas not the case. If you arrive late you only have the option to leave the property for dinner. It was late and I was solo and didn't want to leave out alone. I asked to have breakfast packed to go in the morning and confirmed it, yet there was nithing for me and my taxi was waiting. It is a clean and reasonable place to stay. But don't expect much.
Located at the edge of downtown, there is construction going on around the hotel, but the hotel is very clean and quiet.
The entrance is sometimes locked for security purposes, and first-time visitors may be confused about how to enter. If you ring the doorbell, the staff will open it right away.
The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The fan in the bathroom was a little noisy.
The fee for hotel laundry service is based on the weight of the laundry. If you put it out the night before, it will be neatly folded and ready by noon the next day.
Pros: The hostal is beautiful and the beds are quite comfortable.
Cons: There is no signage out front except two “closed” signs in the window. Our driver had to call them to ask directions after circling the block a few times. The manager who answered the door was extremely unwelcoming. He appeared annoyed to see us. He had a rude response to every question we asked. When we woke up, there wasn’t any power. Unsure if this was a planned power outage (as they had battery powered candles set out) or not, but we had no power for showers or to see while packing up. Also, the only windows face the interior covered atrium, so it got very stuffy overnight without air flow.
The property was clean and quiet during my stay. The room was well maintained, though the bed showed some wear and saggy. Breakfast was available for BOB 40, which felt a bit high, so I opted out. There’s no restaurant on-site aside from a bar. Some construction noise from an upper floor was noticeable. I stayed one night; for a future visit, I may choose a place with dining options for added convenience.
It was great that the shower had plenty of water and hot water. The temperature was low during my stay, but the whole hotel was warm. I needed new towels because I stayed for two nights, but they didn't come. One roll of toilet paper wasn't enough. The staff were friendly.
