"Fantastic hotel, in beautiful location. Great pool. We paid extra for a river view room, but were very disappointed to find a scaffolding tower to the side of our balcony blocking half the view. The room was set back from the front of the hotel and so the remaining view was limited (Room 501). "This is my second time here. This time I had a small single room in the “attic” and it was great . I woke up to a gorgeous view Of the Rhine River . Breakfast is a perfect feast . The pool and spa are fantastic , the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful . "

"This hotel is 2.5 star at best in North American standards. No Air Conditioning, no bug screens on the windows, spiders and bugs in the rooms all the time, the bathrooms are very small, the rooms are so hot at night you can’t sleep, the hotel is in need of some updating. It’s like it’s stuck in the 80’s. The wifi, like all over Germany, is terrible most of the time you have to disable it and switch to LTE to download anything.
