Hotel murah di Alsace

"It was a delightful surprise to find this impressive boutique hotel. Staff were excellent & our room was more than we expected. The restaurant served a plentiful, unique, & varied dinner on the patio. Despite the incredible heat it was fairly cool. And so delicious. Our stay was made even better when they provided taxi service from Basel airport & then to the airport the next morning. Promptly on time. I regret not using the spa service."

"Great location in the center, but the reception lobby and rooms are all a little dated. I was expecting something nicer and larger for the price. I guess you’re paying for the location, even though you must park 5 minutes away and walk in. We did not know we had a room on the 3rd floor with a tiny spiral staircase, and brought our rolling luggage. If we’d known, we would have brought a smaller overnight bag. "Throughout our 3 days stay despite complaints air conditioning was not working. We slept in the room with a fan besides us. Disgusting and no one attempted to look into same. Staff was uncooperative even while advising good restaurants. Very slow. Staff had lot of difficulty in understanding English"

"The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean and within a short walking distance of everything you might want to see in Colmar. We couldn’t figure out the A/C and with a heat wave that was a bit of an issue but the staff were helpful and accommodating. Safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient."
