"The least I expect from any hotel is to be able to control the room temperature. I followed the instructions on the thermostat as I wanted the room to be more comfortable and not so cold. I then went to bed expecting it to work, it did nothing to increase the temperature and I was cold most of the night. I did not call reception as I did not want someone coming to the room at that time. Next day I was told the hotel heating was OFF and offered a fan heater. This is not acceptable let alone from...

"My stay at La Maison des Têtes was truly magical. I absolutely loved the architecture, the history of the building, and the atmosphere of the hotel. Staying in such a beautiful and historic place made my time in Colmar even more special. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. The two lovely ladies who took care of me were wonderful, and their attention to the smallest details made such a difference. One morning, one of them noticed that I had some supplements with me and, without me...

7. Hôtel Le Chambard

Bandar Lama

"Location cannot get better than this. Room 106 is at the end of the building and it is very very hot and a bit noisy from the restaurant below and pastry area of the hotel. The view is limited with a rooftop right outside your one window and the other has partial view of vineyard. The hotel is beautiful, pool is delightful, robes, slippers, pool towels and flip flops all luxury quality. Bed very comfortable. Nice surprise to have light snacks, fruit and cakes in common area.Cafe was closed the...

8. 5 Terres Hotel & Spa - MGallery Collection

Barr

"Beautiful hotel with amazing outdoor and indoor pool and spa. Rooms are beautifully decorated and staff is very kind and helpful. Location is right in the city but it’s a quiet town so you sleep well. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean throughout hotel and grounds. Only one comment to improve is to the hairdryer, not user friendly as you have to push down a bottom to keep it running and it is awkward. Free parking just a couple minute walk. Definitely recommend this hotel for relaxing or as a...
