"Convenient spot in town. The hotel was undergoing construction and renovations for the dining area. I don’t recall getting notified of this so that was a bit annoying but all good. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was helpful."

"Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a modern, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable with amazing attention to detail. Everything in the mini bar is available for free and they refill it every day! I felt pampered the whole time and the king size bed was almost a cal king bed (which is not common in Europe) so we loved it! The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and professional, One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!"

"Being right on the water we enjoyed the view from our room. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t realize they had a pool which we used several times. They even supplied robes! Great location walking distance from the train and bus station. Would stay here again."

"This was a great stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the ensuite was very well appointed and laid out. Great location with public transport to city centre just outside. Free parking. Very good breakfast. Would recommend."

"Nice enough hotel but somehow felt meager. Needed to put room key in wall-slot for electricity. Towels hard to come by. No a la carte breakfast options (only expensive fixe-prix which had too much processed meat and cheese to be palatable for us in the morning...so we went elsewhere.) Nice place but as with many tourist-area businesses was not running on all cylinders."
