"The location is truly stunning. The view from the top floor and pool area is so spectacular. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was top quality and so much choice. Dinner was also excellent although pricy. The spa and pools were great as well. Overall the hotel is a great spot, some of the decor felt outdated and outdoors some repairs are needed. But we were very happy with our stay."

Breakfast was served in the mornings which was eggs, pastries and fruit - all very tasty and fresh. Marta the host was accommodating and very friendly. They also have a pool which unfortunately we not able to enjoy as it was cool. "

"The hotel itself was in a nice elevated position, sound proofing not great and every night there was very loud music til early hours. Not geared up for non Portuguese visitors language wise. The pool was nice, but the decking around it needs repair and was bit of a shock when the sprinklers came on as we were lying on Sunbeds! The spa looked lovely but we decided against it when told you could only enter if wearing a swimming cap - sort of kills the relaxed vibe! Staff were nice, limited food...

"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. The site was lovely and peaceful in natural surroundings and beautiful scenery. River views from the pool area were just amazing. Pool area nice but we didnt get to use unfortunately. "Hotel needs a serious upgrade / revamp, walls dirty and carpets worn and dirty. Couch in room dirty; horrible mattresses and pillows; hair in beds; carpet stained, worn and dirty; walls marked and scuffed; kitchenette terrible - taps and sink dirty, extractor oily and smelly. Not to mention the TV... Breakfast limited and selected cappuccino from coffee machine and got a hot chocolate... 🙈 Not at all aligned to the pictures and reviews "
