"Services in room, replenishment, toiletries, towels etc not done. The older was rundown. Moving to the newer tower was an up charge of $175 per night. .Restaurant evening service poor.
Vanessa pool side service was excellent!
Beautiful beach could have had more amenities than just towels and umbrellas. For example food and drink service on the beach.
We would not stay at that location again and we would consider other Opal properties. "

"The renovated room was very adequate, and was clean. Room 109 needs new blackout curtains! There were holes in the fabric, so you awoke to light coming thru the holes, which cheapened the room, and was not attractive.
Parking lot was well lit, and people were using the pool regularly. The rocking chairs on property are a nice touch."

Made 3 separate small requests, was told “no problem, we’ll have house keeping get that right over” but it never happened… each time. Pullout couch mattress was horrible, you can feel the metal bars underneath you. Fine for small children, but good luck if you’re an adult. "
